The National Talent Development Programme was developed with the following aims in mind to produce an evolving pathway for talented young Volleyball players to fulfil their full potential:
• A player centred approach, nationally co-ordinated
• A team England family
• A shared vision
• A feeling of contribution and ownership of OUR National Teams
• Recruitment and development with future performance in mind
• A first step into serious volleyball
Currently the East Midlands has 1 athlete in the National Junior team programmes.
