Volleyball Course - Young Referees and Young Leaders award
A Young Referees and Young Leaders award course is being held at Portland School, Sparken Hill, Worksop Notts starting on the 23 May 7-8:30pm
These courses are aimed at 14-19 year olds and suitable for students, young club members or anyone wishing to develop their leadership skills through refereeing and coaching. They will provide a basic knowledge of volleyball, and developing the skills and confidence to introduce and develop aspects of the game safely and does not require participants to have any previous knowledge of volleyball. The courses will run for 6 weeks on the following dates
Nottinghamshire Volleyball Grand Prix- 14th April 20129 teams x 3 hours x 2 courts = Great Volleyball competitionA great turn out on Saturday for the NVA GP3.
9 Teams and nearly 80 players playing some terrific volleyball. It was great to see the West Bridgford boys side getting their first win! and we also saw a fantastic turn out from Ashfield school (Vipers) who were a real credit to the hard work being are put in there.

Junior LPV event - Leicestershire 26th May 2012Whats Happening?The day will be jam-packed with volleyball and depending how many teams enter, you could play in anything between and six and ten volleyball matches! When you’re not playing or scoring matches, you will also be able to join in drills and sessions run by the East Midlands top coaches or have a rest in the sunshine and enjoy some food from the BBQ. Bring your friends and family for a fun-filled, volleyball day!
