Here are some key dates for your diary for the U16 and U14 girls.

Training sessions at Southglade Leisure Centre in Nottingham (NG5 5GU):

- Saturday 16th March 2pm to 5pm

- Saturday 4th May 2pm to 5pm

Each session costs £3.

For the players selected for either the U16 or U14 squad, the Inter-Regional Championships are at the National Volleyball Centre in Kettering on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May.

We are currently looking into having a training session in April at a venue in Leicesterhire.

We'll keep you informed about this. In the meantime if you would like any more details about any of the above items, please ask the  east midlands junior volleyball coaching team.

The Inter Regional Championships is the competitive outlet for junior volleyball players currently part of Regional Talent Development programmes. The competition also provides an opportunity for players to be scouted by Divisional and National Squad coaches.

Whats Happening?

The day will be jam-packed with volleyball and depending how many teams enter, you could play in anything between and six and ten volleyball matches! When you’re not playing or scoring matches, you will also be able to join in drills and sessions run by the East Midlands top coaches or have a rest in the sunshine and enjoy some food from the BBQ. Bring your friends and family for a fun-filled, volleyball day!

The next U15 and U17 Boys training sessions will be held this coming Saturday the 11th of February at Southglade Leisure Centre from 2pm - 5pm at
