Loughborough Lions forms part of the East Midlands Sitting Volleyball network which aims to provide people from all over the region with the opportunity to engage in this sport.

As a club we are committed to volleyball for the disabled therefore our sessions aim to cater for people with all disabilites. We train every Wednesday 7.00 .9.00pm at Limehurst High School, Loughborough

Lincoln sitting volleyball club

Lincolnshire Sitting Volleyball Association was founded in December 2008, and gained Sitting Volleyball Centre status in 2010. Initially funded by the National Lottery through Awards for All our priority is to develop, promote and provide guidance accessing suitable Sitting Volleyball facilities not only Lincoln City but throughout Lincolnshire and the East Midlands.

We are a non profit organisation managed and administered by our members, working closely with selected partners and like minded organisations. We hold regular weekly training sessions in Lincoln, supported by Volleyball England Level Two qualified coaches. Some of our members have been, or are, part of the British Sitting Volleyball Squad and represented Great Britain in international tournaments in Europe.

No special equipment is needed just a tracksuit or shorts & T-shirt and a drink of water
