Volleyball England - engagement meetingVolleyball England is in the privileged position of being the National Governing Body in England for one of the World’s most popular and diverse team sports, giving it a potential market reach that is the envy of many other sports. With the legacy from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, together with our 420 affiliated clubs we have a unique opportunity to raise the profile and capitalise on the growing demand to play volleyball in all its forms during the next four years. As a valued member currently active in an area we want to specifically work in as part of our 2013-17 Whole Sport Plan we would like to invite you to our engagement event to be held at SportPark, Loughborough University , 3 Oakwood Drive , Loughborough, Leicestershire , LE11 3QF on Wednesday 17th April at 7pm. The event will be an opportunity for you to understand the plans moving forward and hopefully how these can benefit you and your volleyball activity in the future. It will also be a great chance for us to hear what is going well in the area and understand the issues that are facing grassroots volleyball. Please reply directly to Alex Henderson on 01509 22 77 32 or at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your availability to be part of this event. The full agenda for the day and the background information we have on the area will be circulated to you in advance of the meeting and all follow up information shortly after the event. If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to be informed of developments please let Alex know to ensure you are kept on the local distribution list to receive all pre and post event information. We would like to thank you in advance for your participation in this event at this particularly exciting time for the future growth and development of volleyball and along with the rest of team I look forward to seeing you on 17th April.
